The wind today has been incredible - and that is saying something coming from "Windy Wellington" :H But I've been really enjoying being in Sydney ...... even with Mary McKillop banners up on every street :H:H It totally cracks me up!
I've had a very funny thing happen that to me totally epitomises how open and friendly Australians are. I got an Australian Vodafone SIM card, just to make communications cheaper, but incorrectly input Mr B's telephone number. After a couple of texts with the person on the end of the (other) number, we worked out that I had it all wrong, but he was really nice about it. However, part of one of the messages that I had sent to Mr B was wanting instructions on how to get from A to B ..... and this total stranger sent me very good directions back. :H Since then he has been my new best friend ..... even sent me a text this morning to ask how the wedding had gone :H:H
