    Of to finish the ironing, then to bed. Have to be at Hubs job by 10, looking presentable!, to get my free flu shot. Appearances ARE important sometimes, I guess. Should I wear my stilletoes and leather??

      Hi everyone - sorry I haven't been on much. Just quiet I guess. Started crying driving to work today. Oh well - this too shall pass.
      Good to see everyone here. Glad to see RC & Swan back. I'm going to go to bed & everything will be fine in the morning.

              Good morning my new family. Had a great thi chi class. I've joined in with the class that has been going for 10 years.(time wasn't right for the beginners class) Instructor says I'm doing great. I'll have to to trust her on that. Hmm trust keeps coming up in my life. Making me step out of my emotional "bubble wrap". This is a good thingk.

              Nora~~rest when you can, eat well and let the stress wash over you. Do you have any nature or meditation cd's with earphones?:l

              Yellow is cool!! My mom and I have kicked around a bright yellow/black plaid shirt for 25 years now. She asked for it back on the weekend.

                So sorry I don't have time to read back on all your posts, but we are about to go to Jxn in a bit. We wasn't planning on going until tomorrow, but my brother needs Paul's help with somthing. We are going to try to completely finish the old house, cut the grass one final time and take pics to advertise it. We're gonna be there working until Sat or Sun, as quick as we can get finished. I love you all so much and I will miss you, but everybody stay strong, stay happy and enjoy your days! Love, Vicki

                      Good morning to one and all! RC - nice to have you with us! i did Tai Chi once and remember it as being very calming, but can't remember now how to do it. I need to get back into my yoga as that is what does it for me.

                      Biz - couldn't get the yellow duffel coat - shame!! theirs was too big for me.

                      Nora - sorry you are feeling down - hate when that happens, as of course it does. It is always hard when stuff is going on and all you want to do is crawl into a hole - or in my case, crawl under the duvet. Stay with us and cry with us. We will do our best to try and cheer you up.

                      Jan - how are you feeling today? The cravings came and went and you are still AF so you must be feeling pretty good eh?

                      Ruby - flu shot - not for me thanks. Got it once and I will pass. Rog - hope that the phone rings for you. Vicki - please try and take it easy (I think I am banging my head against a brick wall telling you that but I will say it anyway). Swannie - dear swannie - hang in there, love and hugs coming at you. Grateful - hi to you too, and anyone else - I have to rush now as I need to leave for mid shift at work!!

                      I think it is wonderful that they are getting the miners out AT LAST!

                        Sun I know people have strong feelings P&A flu shots. Just my experience, and with my particular med history it has been a live-saver. I've had the TRUE flu, the one that knocks you on your ass for 2 weeks minimum, dehydrates, drops 20 pounds, and several died from. Then I salmonella poisoning, with the same results. It was months before I began to feel normal, had an appetite. And not even talking about the pneumonia. Don't know if it's the flu shots or the pneumonia shot, but I'm not pushing my luck! :H Knock on wood, it's been 5 years since I was that sick, and don't know if I'd survive it again. SOOooo, for me it works. Hubs called before I left home for mine, and told me he'd gotten me a certificate to get one free anywhere I want to go. Much better. So, whatever works, you know. Its, like so many things, a personal choice.

                          Ok, packed and ready to go, now gotta wait on hubby who is in the kitchen MAKING HOT SAUCE! WTF? We are suppose to be leaving! And the house is going to smell so good being locked up for 4 or 5 days! Does he have a brain? Anyways, RC, we are all so happy you have decided to join us. We love our family and we got your back if anyone messes with you! Just ask Roger! Sunshine, sweetheart, I am SO disappointed they didn't have that coat on line. Here's another way to find something. Go to Compare Local Prices and Save Money in your neighborhood | ShopLocal and then put in yellow coat or just the word yellow and it will bring up everything your local stores have or you can go to Google and search yellow coats and I bet you'll be there for days looking at all the selections. I do hope this helps you find you a yellow coat and wardrobe! Nora, I am so sorry you are depressed. I hate that feeling worse than anything in the world. Can you put on some music you enjoy and dance around or soothe yourself with it? Is there a reason you are depressed or is it just life in general. It does suck sometimes. I grew up in a very negative home and it is hard for me to see the positive in everything, but I do try. I got a letter from a friend a while back saying she only wanted to be associated with people who were happy all the time and always saw the glass half full. It hurt me real bad and I wonder if she ever found that perfect friend. Ruby, gotta get my flu shot soon. Ugh... I guess I would be banging my head against a steel wall like sunshine, but please do take it easy and have a wonderful birthday tomorrow! Jan......12 days! That is so awesome, girl! I am so proud of you!. Just take one day, one moment, one craving at a time. I know you can do this!                             Well it is payday here ,the kids SS check so I have been busy paying bills and had to go to walmart my fave place and shop for the month, 10 tons of stuff and forever to put it all away, tg thats over with.....yeah T , I rub noses wanna try it??/ hahaha Sun, that crumble sounds good and I am happy about the miners too. Nora, sorry you are down and hope you are doing better. Biz love your fish that is very nice. RC I tried thi chi before. Dont know why I dont keep it up. Rubes have fun with shot.                               welll kool ruby glad you are getting the shot just in case .. we dont want you sick ... ... sunshine dont push yourself too hard girl .. vicky enjoy and the same dont over work yourself let the men do it all ... birdy would love to rub noses ..lol ... and well its looking more like the web is working great got a phone call for a small job and get'er done and the lady was so happy she could use the door once more ...just a very sticky hinge ... but hadf to bring it back to the shop to work on it and only took 11/2 and she was very happy ...

                                Bird, saw Rosie's pic on FB - she's gorgeous! Guess we're going out somewhere to eat when(if) Hubs gets home. Any good suggestions??His fav place is Cracker Barrell (who can account for taste?!) but I've already nixed that. May go in Hobby Lobby and get some art and crochet supplies, then to try out some new phones and decide which Droid I want, order it online later tonight. Nora, you never told me which style of Droid you have. Off to finish up my chores before our exciting evening. :H
