Hi there all - back from PT and don't have to pick up grand daughter now. Nora - no, I didn't hurt it on my motorcycle (I have an 850 Triumph Bonneville) - I fell off a whiskey barrel! yes really! My humming bird feeder is above the whiskey barrel and I stand on the edge of it on one foot to put it up/take it down and the slat I was standing on broke - I fell off, foot stayed where it was! Great to see everyone (nearly) here this morning. Where is Vicki - she has been gone for ages. Hope all is well with her - check in soon Vicks - we miss you. Jan - glad that all is well with you and that was so nice of Kim to not drink 'cos you weren't. Panno, hope that you are feeling better - Biz, glad to hear you are up and going. T and Rog, ditto for you. Bird, are you all healed as Nora asked? Is all the itching gone?
RC, where are you? Hope that your weekend went well. You need to check in too - you are family now. Swannie - where are you? Hope all is well with you - I know that you are trying to get things sorted before your surgery. Ruby - have a great day being busy - I like being busy - wouldn't know what to do with myself if I wasn't!
Youngest daughter is coming over to trim my hair for me now I don't have to go out. back later.

Wow just read back 4 pages and there you were asking about me Sunshine. Thank you. I would love to work in a library if I could read all day! And a Triumph! You go girl.
Sunday was better than my expectations. My son actually showed up too! We had a nice "non political" (as my friend calls it) day. There is definitely a shift in perspective happening. Daughter placed 4th in dressage and then 3rd overall in the 2'6" stadium/Xcountry. The course was slick and her horse slid over with her on while rounding a corner. What a trooper! Up jumped the horse and so did my daughter and mounted herself and finished the course! Frightening moment but very proud of her. Sent her a txt in the am to see if she was sore and she replied! I think I am taking this is stride and not getting too excited as I would have in the past, but it is huge.
I was not af this weekend, but again quite sober and normal. No issues at all. If I can maintain a steady emotional state I believe I will be fine. ODAT
Glad everyone one had a nice weekend and wishing everyone a good Monday/week.
NO toaster popping for me in the morning either.

I don't know how many of you have seen 'The Lovely Bones', but watched it last night, and I am totally haunted now! Beautiful movie, just SO disturbing. Worse than 'Stir Of Echoes'.sigpic

I read the book Ruby - didn't want to see the movie. the book was wonderful and I often recommend it to customers. The author also wrote 'Lucky - a Memoir' and after reading that, one can understand how she wrote Lovely Bones - both are amazing books.
Good to see you RC - and so pleased to hear your news - sounds as if things are going well for you. I am so glad. I too am not AF but just have 2 drinks when i drink, so feel I am on the right road - I do plan on getting to AF and fairly soon I hope!!

No - I have never heard of it. I rarely see movies - I am too much of a fidget to sit still long enough. I saw Air Force One and The Full Monty and Ghost and Twister - and that is about it!! LOL. Oh - I fell asleep in Twister. I was really cold!
