    Grate, thanks for the reminder on Cinders. Yes, she REALLY needs a break from everything, and real support for a while. I'm praying for her.

      Happy Sunday, family. Ruby, it really has been quiet this weekend. Panno, I hope the walk helped you clear your head....I love to take walks in the fall...probably will today too as we are having above average temps. Well, hope our family checks in today.....I'll be around later on.

          Morning Ruby - I am up now - got to bed around 1.00 - by the time I unwind after a closing shift and then read for a while in bed! Your pics were lovely - you live in such a beautiful area - we used to live on a farm in England and I miss the solitude of it. Although where I live now, I back on to a park that isn't really a proper park so that is rather nice. Chap died and left it to the town on the proviso that they never built on it!

          Morning to you too Panno - I am sorry that you seem to be sinking into a depression - I loathe that feeling - maybe walking in the sunshine will help stop it?

          Morning to you too Grateful - oh, you said that too about walking in the sunshine - sorry!! I hope that you are enjoying your day - our temps have been so silly - up in the 80's yesterday! We were supposed to have rain here this weekend but I can't see it happening. We need it so badly too.

          So, Jan, Vicki, Rog, Tony, Swannie, Nora, RC, Biz, Trap, Time, where are you all? Have I forgotten anyone? probably and I am SO sorry!!

            Off to take the girls for a walk now. Seems the dirt OUTSIDE the fence is so much better than the dirt INSIDE their acre of grass. It's always greener, right?

              It's a medical fact that being shut inside during cold weather increases depression, peaking in January and February. Natural sunlight, being outside, is VERY good for us, as long as we protect our skin. Does it seem to ya'll we have so many things to try and remember now to be healthy??I think Hubs and I eat healthy, live healthy, but I'm guilty of shutting myself away because of my physical problems. MAKING myself get out now, several times a day, since I think my dogs even get depressed when they don't have enough 'sun' time. That's why I hated the switch in the 80's to cinder block school rooms with tiny, if any, windows. I just wonder when our 'officials' lost their common sense.

                Ruby - do you remember a list that I think Sheri posted - it was myths about drinking - or something along those lines. It was quite long and I have seen it on here a few times - but have no idea where to look - do you have any ideas? i want to copy and send it to my brother. anyone else remember where it was??

                                THANK YOU Sheri - I had just found it!! I did copy and paste it to my e-mail and sent it to my brother but might also send the one that Mario posted as well. I think they are both very good. Love the junkie thinking one though!!
