    Morning all - I hope that everyone has a WONDERFUL DAY!!!!!!

    Ok - off to either laze around in bed or on the couch. I haven't decided yet. :H I stayed up until 2:00 am this morning. We are going to head to Disneyland this afternoon/evening as a family.

      ID, Ace has your attitude, I can tell. Put a tutu on him, that'll take him down a notch! :H
      Girls just left. I ordered Maddie the Halloween costume she wants, so I'm favorite everything right now. She said she usually has to beg and beg for things, but asking me (for something probitive and cheap!) is always easy. She repayed me with a hundred hugs and kisses, and real gratitude, and she offered to do anything to pay me back. I SO love my girls.
      Grace told me to stay out of the graveyard, forever, so I guess I will. Son has his house set up, so when (and if) ex gets home, he has a safe place to go. Little Grace is still sick, and though it's in the low 70's here, she was freezing all day. Guess I'll have a little visitor tomorrow.
      Relative who is suffering from severe clinical depression asked to use our cabin next weekend, and of course, I agreed. I don't know how you can be sad there, in the place that renews my soul. But I have noticed, especially for me, this time of year makes me melancholy, and January and February are especially difficult for me. Doctors have all kinds of theories about it, but I believe it's our biological urge to hibernate till the natures dying season is over, and we experience new birth. Don't get me wrong, I love all the changes, but as I get older (and I'm dreading next week!) maybe I just notice more, or don't take each day for granted. It's just wonderful to have cool, dry weather right now, perfect for yard work. Grace and I rode around on the Gator, with me taking my life in my hands letting her drive. But it's a small joy for her, and it's a learning thing. Daddy let me drive when I could reach the pedals (in the old truck) around the farm, and I can promise it helped me when I grew up!               Sorry, I've been busy. He is a very talented football player who is also an animal killer. He was a VERY highly paid member of the Atlanta Falcons, but really didn't live up to the hype. Then he was arrested and spent time in prison for raising and being involved with fighting pit bulls. It was reported he actually beat to death, with his hands, the losing dogs. This is not a 'mistake', like taking drugs as a teen. This was a deliberate, horrible, cruel, act. NOTHING will vindicate him in my mind. I only pray he has learned, has been educated, and is not just putting on a show to get himself out of the public scorn. When I was 3 years old, I knew it was wrong to hurt an animal. So I won't give him a 'pass' because he can play football. He's playing again now, in Philly, I think. It's disgusting to me.
              My 85 y/o in-laws have set fire to my back property. I'm in a state, just seeing them. Hubs and I WILL have a talk when he gets home. AAAaaaaarrrrgh!!!!
              Grace will probably be here tomorrow, poor baby, and I have to be at the dentist at a little after 9. Hubs didn't get home till after 10 last night. I've spent the day working, helping son get his 'house' set up. I can't imagine what retirement is really like, as I know if Hubs and I did the things his parents do our kids would stick us in a home toute suite!! But here I sit, watching those old crazies try to burn down the world. Someone, PLEASE come shoot me!! :H

                OMG, I thought I vaguely recognized the name - he must be one sick man - with no emotion or feelings to be able to hurt an animal. I have never understood how anyone can hurt anything that can not defend themselves. I can't understand how people can deliberately hurt others period, but don't get me started on that. I did a double take when you said your 85 year old in-laws had set fire - NOW? Ruby - your life is just one big crazy whirlwind. Did they do it on purpose? Ummm - why? Oh my gosh. I am just gobsmacked. Your head must be whirling round right now. Go and sit on your own for five minutes and try to quieten your mind. Hugs to you - hang in there dear friend.

                  Welcom Mere you will love it here. Sunny thanks for the bail out last night It sure is nice to have people who understand this crazy would, your the best. Nora hope all is well. Vickie glad your back! Bird how are you hope feeling better. Had a good prospect at my open house today man I hope they but it If they do I will buy everyone a round.......... of soda that is HA Well got to cook dinner and get ready to start the week. Must go to a funural for a customer guess I lost the work ho that is so sick but that me.

                    They started out burning leaves. It's out now, Hubs is home, and too tired for me to jump him about them. He's in complete denial about their age and competency, which I understand, but I'm here with them every day. They jump in their car and drive to the lake house at 10 at night, 2 hours away, and I can't get him to stop them, so I just bite my tongue, but everyone knows it's not good. They both have heart conditions, and there are really long, isolated, stretches going there. I'm at my wits end with it.
                    SO, the more I disclose about myself, the worse nudge I sound like. My life is good, just busy. So no worries here, friends.

                      HEY HONEY'S IM HOME .. play by play we got her done and with the GET'ER DONE BOYS ... I LOVE MY SONS THEY HAVE MADE ME SO PROUD OF THEM ...THEY DID AWESOME AND WITH THEIR AND SUE HELP we GOT'ER DONE check in hand and ready to run... and ill have to pay the boys good for their help ... they drank all the soda and ate all my food and hell i had to take them to dinner and now they want to get pay ... worth every penny ill give them and more ... well that was my day and sound like everyone had a great day too ... later love and hugs

                        All is good here. Made a huge grilled chicken salad, with more toppings than a salad bar, and homemade spicy French dressing. Hubs is really dragging, prob of to bed in a minute. Can't ride him about anything when he's so exhausted, can't even talk to him about everyday stuff. Just fixed him a couple of antique quilts on the bed, since it's going to be about 40F every night this week, and he's coming down with a cold. Bummer. Poor baby, I'll be good to him till he's well! :H
