      I took a trip to Ireland w/ my brother. We'd heard about Ireland our whole lives and were "Irish proud." After having been there, I can say with confidence that I am not Irish. I am American - I just wish there was more to be proud of in that regard.

            Yes fennel....he has all six...and the VP that told me I said "black" greeted him every time he travelled to Atlanta with, :"Did you bring your gay spray" so he could be attractive and pick some up I guess.

            Thank you Sunni Butt for your sweet call. I am being forced out the door to go to a high school football game and my eyes are almost swollen shut!!!

                You have to work six months for unemployment but not for one employer (in every case). Please file on Monday and see what explanation they give for letting you go. See if they say it was for discipline or misconduct on the job. If so they will have to justify it and it could be important to your case. I work in HR in Florida and would not rule out unemployment for the short term.
                I'm not saying for sure you will get it but it may be important for your documentation.
                I will talk to my labor attoney on Monday and ask his opinion.

                        Ahh Trapped, you're a great guy with a wicked sense of humour. Try to work at this slowly and eventually it will get easier. Any progress is good progress, I think anyway. It took a lot to open up like you did.. it's never easy to open up old wounds. You've got lots of friends here, me included!

                            I think you are all WONDERFUL WONDERFUL PEOPLE. We really are a family on this forum - to say we take care of our own is an understatement. The love and care that I have seen and felt here today is just amazing. It just fills my heart with pride to be a part of it. I want to thank all of you for being here for Jan - she needs all of us now and you really are coming through for her. I am so touched. Don't really know what else to say - I just feel overwhelmed with the feelings that you all have for one of our own. On behalf of Jan, I would like to say thank you.                               Sunni...I could not have said it better myself. Several friends at my son's football game said the same thing about filing for unemployment, Time. Thanks so much for your input.
                              TRAP...YOU DO NOT SUCK. You suffer from a horrible beast that does not let go easily. He wants to win and it takes time my sweet friend. Trust me...we all know how hard it is to conquer. Iwould probably be getting torn up right now if it werent for the antabuse and my family here.
                              You all are amazing. I cry from despair and then I switch to crying for joy for being so blesssed.
                              I am going to try and read and wind down.
                              My son won his football game tonight. I am glad I went. He had an amazing game.
