        THE GUEST HOUSE

        This being human is a guest house.
        Every morning a new arrival.

        A joy, a depression, a meanness,
        some momentary awareness comes
        as an unexpected visitor.

        Welcome and entertain them all!
        Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,
        who violently sweep your house
        empty of its furniture,
        still, treat each guest honourably.

        for some new delight.

        The dark though, the shame, the malice,
        meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

        Be grateful for whatever comes,

        Morning all. I attacked my inundated desk last night. By the time I cleared it I was too tired to work so did some reading. I found the above from a Radical Intensive work shop I attended this past spring. Thought I would share one of the handouts. I was surprised at the clarity in my notes and how far I have come in implementing my revelations.

        Biz~~I can't imagine where you are right now but I would encourage you to share the truth or it will eat you up.:l

        Vicki~~CoEnzyme Q10 for circulation.

        I am well and rested and taking the day on. I am beginning to get more involved with my new support group too. There just isn't enough time in the day! I need to get some internet at home.

          RC, hope to e-mail this week end. Doc wants me on bio flavonoids 3X a day for 4 months (whoopee, more meds). Better than hearing aids, tho! :H

                    well sad day just had to put my dog of 13 years down ... may you rest in peace wishbone ... and well anthony wanted to come with and really wishbone is the kids dog ...he is a great dog use to be my drinking buddy ... but now he is in a better place with no pain ......
                    so it look like a qiuet day today hows everyone doing ...

                      Oh T!!!!!! Don't make me cry, PLEASE. You know my soft spot for dogs, and though I've never had to put one down, I've lost the best ones mostly naturally or in accidents. I was in bed a week when Wolfgang died, and cried for weeks after. My 2 little ones are nagging me for food now.Hugs and kisses to you and your family!!

                            Sorry about your canine pal Rog.:l

                            Nora headaches can have so many causes. You could try rubbing some lavender or sandalwood oil on you temples and back of the neck. Magnesium could help or massage? Are you eating enough protein? I know you love your diet coke but that artificial sweetener is very damaging to the nervous system and digestive system too.

                            Ruby I was playing hooky. I lost my umph and starting checking out FB. Found out my middle daughter is making wedding plans. She has an appt Nov 13 to look and bride and bridesmaid dresses. I think you could blow me over with a feather right now. Hollow feeling in the pit of my stomach. I just want to curl up in a ball and cry. Just had to get that out. Sorry. I know there is nothing you can say or do and I assure you I will not jump into a bottle. DAMN

                                thankx everyone he had tombers and been having a hard time walking and it been getting worst and today was the worst where he couldnt get up and needed help and we have been feeding him for a few days now .. so had to do what i had to do and didnt want to see him go thur anymore pain ... he lived a great and carefree life ... well love and hugs
