      I was SO afraid to take my first, straight drink of it, but actually, I love it! A little shudder at first, but not NEARLY as bad as AL!! :H Just about a 'shot' glass full, and the stomach pain I've had for weeks is GONE! And for better or worse, I have an appetite!!

      I would NOT recommend this if I had not researched it, and procrastinated a LOOOOONG time before starting, but in a matter of days, I've seen a huge difference. It's cheap, it's easy, and it's worked for me. I've not complained here, but I was in constant stomach pain here for 2 months before I started this, and it's been GREAT. Now, Lord Help Me, I pray I don't get fat!!!!!!!!

        There is a wonderful book by Paul Bragg about it - the book is really old but still available and it has all about it and how to take it - different ways - my brother gets gout and as soon as it kicks in, out comes the apple cider vinegar - and the gout just vanishes! it is really marvellous stuff.

          I gotta get me some of that apple cider vinegar! I probably need a couple of gallons today! I feel so incredibly BLAH! I hate feeling this way! Yesterday hubby started drinking his beer at 11 in the morning and didn't stop until he got sloppy ass drunk! Then of course, he wants to have sex and then gets all pissed off because he can't do nothing. He acts mad at me like it's my fault! I did my part! Anyway, today as soon as we got home from Church, we ate and then he popped open his first beer and has set in front of the tv all day getting drunk while I clean up after him! UGH! Thank God, he has some jobs next week and I will have some ALONE TIME that I desperately need! Sorry to bitch, just frustrated and down. Don't want to drink, just wish he would stop. Every time I try to calmly talk to him about it, he gets all defensive and mad, so what's the point?

            It's also great for dogs and cats. Started today, adding it to broth on my dog's dry food. And, add it to water and spray on hot spots. What have we 'rediscovered' here, Sunny? :h

              Vick, if you talk to him once he's drinking, it's useless. I don't know the answer. When we drink, we think we're ok, so we have to take care of ourselves, and let others deal with themselves. Why clean up after him?? Let him do it. Maybe he'll understand the mess he makes. We have to wake up and realize what we're doing to those around us. Take care of YOU, and don't don't point out everything to him. He has to wake up on his own.

                  Vicki - talk about laugh out loud! I know that you weren't meaning to be funny - but I did laugh when you said about hubs drinking til he gets drunk, then wants to have sex then gets mad 'cos he can't do anything! Sorry - but that just cracked me up!!!

                  Ruby - you say it works for hot spots on the dogs?? Mags has three at the moment. I will try it. And if she licks it off, well that is good for her too !

                  Topsy - laughed at you too being cross 'cos the Bac is working. you lot are just really giving me lots of fun this afternoon!!

                  Need to check the salmon - am treating Maggie today and cooking her some special dinner!!

                    Sunny-I want some salmon too!!! Haven't had any for ages. Nobody likes it in my house except me.

                    Vicki-You know I love you! I'm sorry that I have been so busy.....even today - my only day to myself, I had to do housework in the morning and work work this afternoon....so much for me time. My husband has been drinking all afternoon and he is really starting to annoy me now.....I know it's not nice to say, but sometimes I wished I lived alone.......

                    I am going to have to look into the apple cider vinegar...maybe it will help with my IBS.

                      Well, all I can speak of is for me. I dosed TMB's evening meal with it, and have been walking her more regularly, like I didn't before, because I was lazy, and she has acres to run on, but loves having my personal attention more than anything. BTW, she'll be eating it and be sprayed with it regularly a while, till I see if there's any change, which I hope for.
                      Long, great, day. Hubs has been home an hour and half, and dinner's almost ready. Try to make him really great meal, since he works so hard, so often. And things are going so much better for me right now, health wise, so I've gotten ton's of long put-off things done today. Yoo Hoo!! Getting where I want to be, in a way.
                      Roast, stuffed chicken, green beans, dressing, field peas, stewed tomatoes, rolls, apple dumplings. I have left-overs. Who's hungry??

                          Evening All~~
                          I bought myself a turbo stick and so now have some internet access at home. Mainly because I need to communicate with my new parents group. Just can't do it all at work. I can't help but check in on my friends and family here too! I will have to monitor my time very closely and check my account regularily to see how it all adds up though.

                          I got a kick out of your posts too Vicki and Tracy. I especially thought it was funny that you did "your part" Vicki. Sorry hubs was putting pressure on you though. Tracy I think it's great that the bac is working for you even against your temporary wishes.

                          Ruby and Sunshine dinner sounds yum. I treated myself to a greek burger and salad out tonight.

                          I had a handyman/friend come look at a few things needing done around here today. He thinks he can fix my plumbing in the cabin and I hope that I can then rent it out for weekends or whatever for some added income and tax benefit too. Rog I wish you were closer and could give you the work. It looks like I may get my hot tub going this winter after not having it for 3 years now. Keeping fingers crossed.

                          Trapped I hope you are making some progress today.

                          Rainy day and lazy here. Brought wood in and figured out how to get email remotely. That's it!

                            Howdy everyone! We are back home from the in-laws after a horrible faux thanksgiving meal. But the kicker is that I am one day one of no alcohol. Nada. I am also on day one of taking the suppliments and kudzu which appear to be working great. Now let's see if I can continue through the night!
