                Got to get ready for work - but wanted to tell everyone to have a great day.

                This was a facebook post from my cousins daughter about my Uncle:
                PRAISE: Poppy's potassium is now normal and he ATE TODAY!!! He was eager to eat and it brought tears to our eyes! blood transfusion went well and they are keeping him in CCU again tonight due to infection. My mom held a man who's wife was passing away a few rooms over as he cried because he was alone. His daughter got there and fell to her dads feet. my mom is asking us to remember this family in our prayers.

                    I did the quadrant and decided addressing things at home was more important than the trade show and expense of attending. No regrets.
                    Good to see your back Goldie! Go get'em!
                    Glad your Uncle is recovering Nora.
                    Tony back aches suck big time. The last time mine went out about 4 years ago I was laid flat out for 10 days with spasms. My Mom came and cared for me. Rest in the chair position on your back with a rolled up towel under your neck. It takes all the pressure off the lower muscles.
                    MB-good luck today. You sound very prepared.
                    Ruby you are sounding very well and balanced. um not that you were unbalanced
                    Sunshine what is a PT assessment? Hope it goes well.
                    I'm sure I'm forgetting to say something as I usually do.

                    Oh CAUTION: ACV must be with the "mother tincture" for health benefits. And it is not for everyone. People with yeast or candida problems should not take it as it is fermented and is a conduit for overgrowth of these nasties. But for others it is very good for digestion, emulsifying fats, arthritic pain, cholesterol mngmt. The Braggs ACV book gives many uses. I personally only use it for salad dressings on occasion, gargling a warm dilution for a sore throat(amazing) and great for sore muscles too. Oh and great for removing waxy build up on fruits and veggies.
                    FYI

                      TOPSY - so sorry that I didn't say hi to you too - do you feel better today? You are sounding better! Guess we just have to take this one day at a time and each day brings what it does. It does get better as I know from before. Tony - so sorry about your back - how did you do it? Doing stuff you shouldn't do? As Ruby said - you aren't a pup any more!! Nora - good to hear that your uncle ate something. Rog - good to hear from you too. How are you faring today?

                      I have just been released from PT which is good - don't think my ankle will ever be right again though. And my foot where it was broken STILL hurts. Doc says it is fine though. I am supposed to go back next week - think I might cancel the appt as everytime all he does is x-ray it, prod it and say it is fine - if it is fine why does it still hurt?

                      Anyway, back later - hugs to everyone - wonder how Jan is getting on. I won't know until late this evening when everyone else is already in bed!!

                        Hi RC - cross post! Great minds think alike - I mentioned in an earlier post about the ACV having the Mother in it!! When I have told people about the Mother (not on here) they have looked at me as if I am crazy!! Oh - and did laugh about Ruby not being unbalanced but am going to keep my mouth firmly closed!!!! Re gargling - I woke up with a really bad sore throat today - I rarely get colds - maybe one every few years but a sore throat is the forerunner - but I can't gargle!!!!! Never have been able to. I am hoping that this won't blow into a cold - but I have a horrid feeling here. Any others ides RC please??
