Ach I've lost me touch.
Learnt that one from the kids. Start with something huge like a Great Dane and then whittle the way down in stages to a hamster. We've had 3 hamsters.

Rescued from a pack of about 14 dogs in one house she really enjoys being the top dog here.

I knew a guy who had two of them, gorgeous dogs but not the sharpest tools in the box. Can you imagine two of them in full flight indoors. Bull in a china shop.

The last time we took out tourer to Cornwall, the people in the caravette next us had a Great Dane, there were 4 adults and Great Dane sleeping in a tiny caravette :H:H:H

Hello Army. Just a quick check in as I'm trying to sort out the junk room. Workmen coming nexy week and they will be in every room in the house. Normally i just keep the junk room door SHUT. Starts and Stirls thinking of you both and great to hear Mr Stirly will be getting home soon.
Righto if I'm not heard of by tomorrow morning send a search party to the junk room.

Quiet today....

Great news about Mr. Stirly
I'm just back from the hills and It was quite a different experience from last week. Nice and gentle at the bottom of the hill then rain after 2000ft up to the top where it was wild. I tried to carry on and get the second hill bagged as well but the wind was hilariously stupid and visibility was about 30 yards. It blew my stick out of my hand twice. I carried on though until the path faded to nothing and I was out the worst of the weather but I couldn't see which way to go. Also, there was some deer stalking going on and the couple of shots I heard made the decision for me, so I followed my GPS trail back the way I'd come, which meant another 2000ft climb before I started heading down again. Wet and tired but it was brilliant. I do enjoy pushing my limits. I really enjoy it, and I saw about thirty Red Deer, five Buzzards and a load of little vole type things that were running around my feet in the shorter grass sections.
I've got all my wet gear on the radiators and my bath run and I'm all set to watch a film I taped the other night: Nil By Mouth, about an alcoholic who can't see his problem apparently. Ray Winston's in it and his stuff's usually good.
I could eat a scabby horse right now, but I'll wait till I can eat two.

Wow Pops, I would be taken down by mountain rescue on a stretcher! Good on ya mate.....let us know how the movie is, always wanted to see it but heard it was very violent.
