Oney,you've just reminded me of when my cousin was nursing and the big wigs were getting some nurse to try out new types of uniform. One was a tunic with press stud fasteners.
With her and a lot of her nursey mates being slightly well endowed in the booby area she said every time they bent to lift a patient the fronts used to fly open showing all sorts of various under garments.
It was like something out iof a Carry On film according to her. They soon got rid.
