Bugz, 4 months is fantastic! And I know you're saying it doesn't feel amazing, but isn't that even more of a reason to feel proud? In a way, it's almost easier to go through the stages where you're buzzing from the fact that you're AF and each day is like "wow!".
The real challenge is in keeping on keeping on - keeping on making that choice every day, even when the initial happy feeling is gone. That's how I'd see it anyway - you have an amazing achievement under your belt, and you should be very proud of yourself :lAF since 13th July 2010

is all of sudden you start to feel emotions sober..like boredom anger hatred etc
and it's a lot different to feel that way sober because lets face it I felt those emotions
drunk most of the time.. It only gets better from here the hard part was the first 2 months.
If I keep going the way I am I'll make it out to one year no problem. :l:thanks:
