    i know i shouldnt be postin while i drink,but i am,

    2 months down the tube, stressed as hell,in court tomorrow re custody of my youngest daughter,gotta be well presented in the morning. drank 2 beers on the 3 and thats it...no more alcohol in the house (thank God)
    just am trying to stop my head from racing about court,

    NO MORE! Thank God the offies are closed now in Ireland.

    Ok Jodie, get some water into you, lay out your clothes for the morning ready to step into after your shower....

    Get yourself off to bed, you need to be rested for 2moro..Ok??

            purposely only bought 3 beers, i worked till 8 from 8 today,soooo melted head today

                  Jodie, look after yourself, and as Oney said, get a good nights rest. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and will say a prayer :l Remember, one foot in front of the other - that's all we can do, deal with one minute at a time. Let us know how it goes xx

                      Hi Jodi, it is just so hard at times, if anyone understands it the folks here. I have learned to my cost many times that drinking never helped me cope, just hide. But sure you know that anyway. Chin up, things seldom turn out as bad as we imagine they will be. Good luck for today.
                      Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?
