hi rubes, i dont post much these days, to busy it seems.
i have a kinda handle on AL, i still seem angry re alot of things but its passing.
ty for the birthday thoughts, spent all day in the childrens hospital with my daughter, she had an absess
come up after an immunization shot, it had to be lanced... was a fun day

Over the past few years I've spent time on this site and read numerous threads; however, this is the first time I've ever visited with weeks of sobriety under my belt. With a clearer head, I am now ready to face demons other than alcohol, demons who are not as transparent as vodka, yet smoother than an aged, tawny port....demonds who portend to comfort and heal, but are, in fact, deadly. Little did I know that vaseline was one of them. My brain cells have not yet had long enough to recover completely from the damage incurred by alcohol abuse, so that I cannot comprehend the various, subtle methods vaseline uses to destroy its innocent victoms. I can only be thankful that it was warned in clear, uncomplicated language: Vaseline is deadly. Go I now to the bathroom cabinets.....Comment
