    Hi John, (Man, there are a lot of John's here, is this a brothel...)

    These two threads really helped me when I first started; the first because I knew I was not alone and it brought home the horror of what I was doing to myself and my family, and the second because it was practical and gave me a game plan. I hope they help you, too.

    I'd encourage you to read as much as you can and ask for help if you need it--there's a lot to learn from, good, bad, happy, sad (okay, when I start to rhyme, I know it's time to stop).

        Hi John welcome to MWO yes it's a fantastic plce full of people from all walks of life, parts of the world and differents parts of their journey AF (alcohol free) check out this part of MWO maybe is good for you to start out where there is a lot of people looking where and how to start and you will find a lot of us "oldies" will jump in and help you..
