Hi, I just saw that BB is coming to Kermitland:H!! Good timing for Christmas shopping-a lot of the shops are having Autumn sales. I got some lovely perfume (Ange ou Demon-Givenchy) at 25% off yesterday! I'm off to work now. Starty-you will be in my thoughts today. Talk to everybody later-expat xxx

Sorry bit late for parade this morning. Mr JC had to rush over and pick the daughter up to take her to emergency at 7am as she was having heart palpitations. She's had an ECG and her blood pressures very low but she's home and tucked up in bed upstairs. It was a panic attack to end all panic attacks.

Jesus JC, God love her, she must have been so frightened. I had a mild panic attack once and it was horribel, can only imagine how she feels.

Starting-So sorry about the death of your dear mum. She was lucky to have such a special and wonderful child as you. My deepest sympathy and sending you lots of hugs and good vibes.

To all my Irish friends here....I must say, I went to Paris this week via Dublin and the people at the Dublin Airport are the nicest in the world. I'm Irish but I'm not partial! LOL

I travel so much that I woke up at silly o'clock today (as Jackie would say) and I thought I was still in Paris.

I was sure up at silly o'clock this morning and I didn't get to sleep til silly o'clock either I'm pooped.

That's the thing it's frightening the living daylights out of her, so each time she gets a wee fluttering it's worse than the last one. They think it may be acid reflux as they start not long after she's eaten, so the next stop is an endoscopy.

I've just had to google endoscopy, and it's a camera down the throat to have look see at you stomach.

Jackie-so sorry about your daughter's panic attack. I have a friend who's had an endoscopy and it's not too bad...it sounds worse than it is, I guess. He has acid reflux, too, but I think it's a combo of smoking and drinking that causes it for him anyway.

Thank you so much for that info. She's never smoked and since she was made manager of the bar she works in very rarely drinks these days. But I'm the queen of google, the acid reflux thing has come up each time I've entered panic attack. So I'll let her know.

Rightio orff to make her something that will hopefully not give her acid reflux, she'll waste away if she starts getting frightened of eating, she's a skinny minnie to start with.
