Yay! 30 Days.
Today I'm on day 31 AF. I am curious to see how I feel if I have a beer or two, and was planning on doing so last night - but I got carried away working and didn't have any interest in getting fuzzy. I still don't, but my curiosity is growing, so I might have a few much later today, being Saturday and all. Right now I'm still not interested, but although I'm still at home tomorrow, Sunday is an AF day in my moderation plan, so it's today or not at all, and I'd rather not have the curiosity hanging over me all week.Tags: None

Ace news Brady! I would say don't force the alcohol - if you are planning to moderate and can do it then good for you. Many find they just slip back to where they were before the 30 days. So I would say just enjoy your sober time while you have it. If it really is no big deal whether you drink or not (which should be the attitude of the 'normal drinker' anyway, waiting a week shouldn't be a chore really. Good luck whatever you do,

Yay! 30 Days.
Congratulations Brady. All the best with moderation. I did a 29 day af stretch in May and have been attempting moderation since. Many successes and some very embarrassing failures since then. All in all much better than I had been drinking prior to the af stretch. Good luck with your plan.
