Goooooooooooooooooooood Morning LJ, Starts,Xpat,mario and all those yet to drop by.

Well for the first time in a wee while I've woken up feeling a more positive.
It's the most beautiful Autumn day. Suns shining, a bit of a frost and the colours are spectacular.

The daughter's is feeling a lot better after we had a good googling session on acid reflux. So we're armed to the teeth with info for the doctor later in the week.

Tips, when you check in tell us all about your meeting with your old pal. I bet he's noticed a huge difference in you in 3 years.

And it's a year ago today I was sitting like a little lost soul in a hotel foyer waiting for Opal to pick me up and mario was sitting on the bus. All for little old me
