I just don't understand how I can go all week, then it's like someone flicks a switch and I feel like I need to drink, that I deserve it for all the hard work I did all week. What is wrong with this picture?
O2M, I will post whenever I feel weak. I hope I can help others as well, this fight is not easy and sometimes it feels like a pride swallowing siege to have to go through this. Why can't I be addicted to Tic-Tac's or something?Comment

I can't remember the vitamins and minerals that you lose when you drink? What should I be putting into my body today that the liquor took away? I'm cooking a good meal of chicken and asparagus for dinner, and drinking lots of Almond Milk..I love that stuff.Comment

Had a leisurely day. It was nice and warm - 27C. Didn't bother to cook - ate leftover pizza from last night. Keeping dinner relaxed too. Remember these?

It's a Snackwich machine. I discovered our old one at the back of one of the kitchen cupboards. The cubs have asked me to make chicken mayo & tuna mayo. Shall I make chips to go with it? Will think about it...
In other news, Flakes were on special offer at our local shrine (a Superspar) for R3.99 each (0.42 Euro)
We'll be having them with ice cream during the Sunday evening movie. I buy a local brand called Aylesbury. Real ice cream, but not completely over the top expensive.
I'll do whatever it takes

You can come out now Oney, I got some vanilla ice cream. Got vanilla cos it's 26p cheaper than the raspberry ripple. Which is 5 shillings and 2 pennies in ye olde Englande money.
