Well the sleep fairy is playig games tonight, been tossing and turining for most of it. Will be very glad when today is over, the house is cleared and I hope I never have to go there again. Too painful.

& good morning to the trooper doopers to wake up and join the morning.
Zeps yeps me too loved the RRC label...good one and for sure the majority of ex's deserve the name..
shame about saturday night, but shit does happen no matter how much we know it shouldn't/mustn't never/ever..we are human and it seems there's been quite a few members have had the same this past weeks..
just gotta learn from it and get back up with even more determination.
I know after my "shit happened" a couple of months ago I am much stonger than before, I do not recommend it should be let to happen to make any AF'er stonger, just that's how I feel..like the magic glass AF is broken, so pick up the pieces and deal with it and go forward even more bomb proof determination...
no doubt some will disgree but there you go I am talking about how I dealt with it..

No work today Tiggs, Wednesday is the big day back. Today I have the house clearance peeps coming over to finish off taking mums stuff. It will be a real relief when this is over.
Looking forward to going back to work too and getting back to a routine, albeit a different one from before.
