        I was a worse smoker than I was a drinker Tipps. other people find it much easier than the booze..

            The thing is, my smoking has been really bothering me for months now, but I haven't been able to make that mental switch in the same way I did with alcohol... I'm still stuck in the "this thing is more powerful than I am" line of thinking...

            Even when I was on Wellbutrin for over two months, I didn't smoke less.

            I was a pretty serious alkie, Oney... But I'm a serious smoker too. I used to drink about a bottle of vodders a day. I also smoke 30 Camel Filters every day....

            Fecking addictions...

              Fecking hell! Is that what it adds up to?

              Maybe they should bump the price of cigs in South Africa. We're paying about 3 Euro a packet.

                I smoked 20 a day.....

                Tipps, if you can give up a bottle of vodka a day, you can kick the smokes....I think the mindset may be with you....you are giving up your last crutch...life will be unbearable etc.

                Can i urge you to do the Free Quit smoking course that Angel posted on my Butt thread, you keep smoking whilst you are doing it....

                It can't hurt?

                                Hey Oney - cant believe I will see you friday!
