        I will not drink today because it is now a lovely calm life that I lead
        instead of the one I used to which was just spent planning on how to
        get AL, when to drink it, how much, getting rid of the bottles and just
        24/7 thinking about it, now why would I want to spoil that

          I will not drink today because my health and my future are way too important. I will find something else to do in the evening, even if it just means going to bed.

            I won't be drinking either! Looking forward to seeing my daughter in her musical tonight. Bringing the other two younger ones for a girls night!

              That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
              Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

                  Even though I have had a really stressful 2 days, I will not drink tonight.... The cravings are hitting hard, got to remain strong and thinking about my problems will still be there even if i drink and all the stupid things ive done while I drank.... plus no hangover

                      I am not going to drink today because there is no point in drinking at all.
                      I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                      Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                      Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
