Not going to drink because I like being in total control when I don't drink. I also don't overreact (get mad or irritated easily) when I don't have AL in my system so am liking how I'm feeling.

I am not going to drink today because there is no benefit to doing it and way too many consequences. I can no longer remember the good things I thought it gave me without simultaneously remembering all of the bad things that resulted. No contest. I don't drink.
