    Nice post Jenny,
    I also am being very careful about who and what I allow back into my life. Nice to wake up and feel good about yourself and think about the strongest things I am going to drink is how strong to make my coffee.
    Loving life to the fullest today.

    AF with a few speed bumps during 2014 & 2015 but will succeed.
    As of 4/12/2014 I have not smoked at all and feel great.

      I am not going to drink today.

      I am not going to drink today - day 3 - as I am already feeling better. I am working on reminding me of how I used to happily spend my days prior to being a slave to the wine bottle...good day all.

        I am not going to drink today.

        I'm not going to drink AL today either. I'm sticking with FT's strong coffee. I get a lot of gratification from most of my life activities these days. I love that. There is no place for AL in that. I'm a lazy bum if I drink. I don't like feeling like a lazy bum. So for today, the decision is made. No AL for me.

          I concur. I am a total lazy butt and useless, boring to my kids when I'm drinking and even worse when I'm hungover. Today I won't drink and be a fun Mom instead.

            I'm not going to drink today because I don't want to spend any more of my precious time here in a stupor, with my eyes glazed over, while life passes me by.

            I'm not going to drink today because I don't even like the taste of Alcohol! I love my tea and for NYE I have a bottle of sparkling cider.

                Good morning. I am NOT GOING TO TAKE A DRINK TODAY. Just felt the need to share that!

                  Sun is shining. Going snowshoeing with great friends. Feeling fresh feeling alive. Yep not going to throw poison down my hatch today because I want to feel just like this tomorrow!
