That's where it all starts.....5km. I found that entering a race really helps to keep me motivated and on track to train (although in the past I am very GUILTY of skipping workouts because I was hungover - ick)
BradKelly....it pains me to see you struggling. Please, please see a doctor. Start this process for your life - you deserve it!
Had a great run this morning and weight training session.
I will not drink today. I work tonight so no AL on the job...and I will rest my sober happy guilt free head on the pillow tonight!
