FT - excellent. Really happy that you were able to use your head in at Thanksgiving!! To me, the way I sleep and feel when I wake up is worth not drinking - I can abstain for that reason alone. It's getting easier and easier! Well done!!

I am aware that i might drink again one day, then again, i might not. But, i know one thing, and that is that i won't drink today, or for the foreseeable future. The AF path that i am currently on is doing wonder's for me in EVERY area of my life. So, i shall continue on my merry way, taking back my life, one day at a time.

Yes there absolutely is. I could not do anything about my drinking problem when I tried to tackle it in isolation. I have not drank AL today, and will not be drinking any this evening. I have no desire to suffer the consequences that would surely come.

Absolutely no drinking for me today either! I love waking up knowing what I did the night before, not having to piece together what I said/texted/emailed and feeling ashamed or embarrassed over it. A morning without anxiety is a wonderful thing!!
