I am excited to join you guys in an AF day today. If any of that crazy :nutso: thinking starts up in my head, I'm going to pop an L-Glut and ignore it. I'll just get busy doing something else. I can do ANTHING for one day. And if one day seems too long, I'll take it one hour at a time. Heck, I can always go to bed early. That would be better than drinking.

So - the decision is made for today.

I'm also not going to drink today because it's my middle son's birthday, and I would never forgive myself if even one or two drinks made me less present, more irritable, or more sleepy than I would be without. And they would.

I said no drinks yesterday and then I caved. :upset: Dumb. A few so I'm not hungover but that's not the point. A little or a lot - it's still poison that went into my body.

No booze, no how, no way today. Sober head on pillow tonight.
