What are you studying? I went back to college in my late 30's and got a Bachelor's degree.
I'm not going to drink today because I don't like throwing poison down my throat, AND I've saved over $1600.00 being AF in the last 70 days!!!!

I'm not going to drink today because I went back to Day1 AGAIN yesterday after losing it on Day 10 AGAIN.....I've done this over and over, usually hiding away from here in shame for weeks/months drunk ashamed...but these last 2 times I've tried to get straight back to it...so...

Happy to help, choice! Queen, good for you coming RIGHT back. After a big relapse in 2007 I really struggled, and every time I drank I would "hide" for a long time too. What a rut. YOU CAN DO THIS!

I'm not going to drink today because I'm on my way. I've got it right this time. The biggest change is that my husband wants to join me this time. I'm all for it, but even if he doesn't make it his first time, I'll keep going and support his efforts wherever they take him. So day 3 for me.

I'm not going to drink today because I'm stressed out. All alcohol does is fray my nerves even more. It NEVER helps. Maybe for 15 minutes but the price to my mind body and sole. It's temporary with long term horrific affects. NO I will not drink today.
