AF for me as well today, its cheaper for me and better on my body. Im starting to think my drinking was a habit, I find that there are times I just feel naked, without something to drink in my hand.
Not sure who did it, but thankfully someone mentioned Seltzer water to me....I now buy it buy the palletLiving on Planet Sober since 05/02/11

Nelz, Seltzer is a Godsend! I drink it daily but they say that not all your hydration should come from the carbonated water as it doesn't hydrate your cells as much as just pure water. So, I try to make most of my liquid come from spring water and then treat myself to a naturally flavored sparkling water in the evenings, in place of AL.

I am not going to drink today because there is no AL in my life anymore.I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.
Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.
Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.Comment

No drinks with poison today. Just started making steamers (steamed milk with vanilla in my cappichino maker - spelling) so now my kids and I enjoy them in the evenings!Comment

I will not drink AL today. It's late though - so I'm up for quart 4 of the herbal tea...this time - Sleepy Time! On the upside - I'm super hydrated. On the downside - when the sleep learning hypno comes on with it's Ocean Sounds...well - there will be a lot of restroom runs tonight....
Sighs...find the positive...my wrinkles are artificially plumped up?That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

I'm not going to drink today...just stocked up on a bunch of seltzer and I'd rather drink that instead! PF, I love Sleepytime too! I like the "vanilla" one, it's yummy! Also, I scored some new Celestial Seasonings holiday teas yesterday...Candy Cane Land and Gingerbread Spice...both are yummy!Whatever you invest in the circle of LIFE is what comes back to you.
