    I am not going to drink today.

    I am not going to drink today because there is no room for AL during my vacation (on Spring Break this week).
    I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

    Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

    Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

        Ditto Flossie! I love my new found freedom from not having to worry about drinking AL. There is peace in my life without it, so I am not doing to drink today either!

          Not drinking today...not because I can't drink, but because I don't have any desire to. It is a waste of time, money and feeling lousy when I can be free of it and feeling great! Have a good weekend to all!

            I am not going to drink today.

            I will not have any drinks tonight. I am having friends over for dinner and will have a great time sober. I'm making brocolli soup, arugula salad and beef noodle stir fry. Water with lemon for moi. I am feeling confident but must remain humble as my cockiness has got me in trouble in the past.

            Life is good.

                Making this a wonderful, sober, St. Patty's Day! Hope you all do the same. The AL trap is just not the place to put yourself. It's so nice to be outside of it for a change and I am never going back. I hope you're not either...

                  I am not going to drink today.

                  There will be no drinking for me today! I will be ACTIVE today - out enjoying the record high temps. Doing some volunteer work. A much more meaningul day than St. Patrick's Days past - an excuse to get shit faced and waste another day of my life. No today.
