What time is it there? It's just after 4pm here in Greece.

It's only 10am here. And it's a beautiful sunny day with a nice autumn crisp in the air. We're heading out to see my brothers band play and drink some hot chocolate. I would however much rather be in Greece right now...

Currently 22C and sunny although I can't really say that it feels that warm as it's kind of breezy today. It's starting to cool off now as the afternoon wears on. By the time the sun goes down, I'll have to wear a light ski-jacket to walk the dogger. Hot chocolate sounds like a good idea.
What kind of music does your brother's band play??
I assume you're somewhere on the east coast of the US? Don't have to answer if you don't want to...

Just having a little afternoon peek in as we've got visitors this evening.........how dare they disrupt my MWO time.

Do you know Greece isn't too far out of the question. I know it's a longer flight but Mr JC would be with me and I would think the accomodation would be slightly cheaper.........I shall do one of me big thinks
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Hiya Jackie. Taking a break from kitchen duties, are you?
Don't know about accommodation prices. I think you would need to be part of a group to get decent prices but I'm not sure. A friend of mine stayed in a hotel a couple of years ago that was right in the centre of Athens. The room wasn't anything great and I believe she paid 65 euro a night. I could be wrong but it was somewhere around that much. There are lots of smaller hotels in Athens and I'm sure that if we looked into it that we could find something reasonable.
                      Watcha make for dinner today?

Oh we're having party tea and I bought all at the frozen food place,
Mini cornish pasties, giant prawns with a dip, little cheese and ham toasties, 2 large pizzas and I've just made some chocolate brownies and some double choc chip cookies.

Sorry I asked. Now I'll have to make a quick dash downtown and see if the little supermarket is still open.
