Yes, took a bit longer than I thought, but I'm getting there. I go back to the doctors 25th Nov for a bit of a chat and me flu jab or sooner if needs be.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

I'm a huge list writer too JC - except I don't complete many of the tasks - but I do love writing them all the same
It's time I put my big girl pants on. :grannypants: I hope they fit.

Hiya Jackie. Good to hear the AD's are helping you. I was on them a couple of years ago and they did help a lot and quicker that my doctor expected. They did have the side effects of increasing my appetite tho' which I didn't especially enjoy. I was hungry ALL the time even just a couple of hours after eating a big meal. They did help me feel better tho and I hope you will have the same results.
                How is your daughter doing?

                      Yooooo Hooooooo Zeps,

The sea of Portugal is the Atlantic. I made the mistake the 1st time I was there rushing into it with gay abandon and it was fecking freezing. Then I rushed out PDQ using my usual colourful language.

I'll stick with the Aegean anyday ta very much.

Stirls, the daughter is fine. She got a bit cross with us for not telling her that Mr JC's mum was poorly (she's a lot better by the way) so I think we're nearly back to normal, well as normal you can be in this family :bonkers:

I'm good Starty - feeling heaps better, have stopped grizzling at myself over my slip and and once am again back on track. Calling my ex a "RRC" has been hugely beneficial to me I think - because I would have moped about for months on end hoping he would have me back. Although it still makes me chuckle and cringe at the same time
