    :H:H:H I can just hear you JC. Actually I did go swimming up until the end of October one year. Orthopedic doc said it was good for my herniated discs. It was like jumping into a glass of water with ice cubes in it. Don't know how they do it but there are people here who swim every day all year long. They say the sea is actually warmer in December and January than it is in March. For now I'll take their word for it and not test the water myself...

      College starts in February Stirly - no prep is required but I will be studying my arse off trying to get into the swing of things again.

            It was only about me second holiday abroad. I just thought foreign, hot, sand, sea and went running down the beach. I must have looked like a right eejit.
