    What is God to You?

    Please click on the link below to my blog post and put a comment about what your Higher Power is to you and how you came to have the realization. I am really struggling with this.

    No, I don't have a sponsor and I haven't even bothered asking anyone. But if you'd like to, I'd really like your input.

          What is God to You?

          Well, that screen was black and I couldn't see well enought to read any of it, so I will say "What God is to me" right here. God is EVERYTHING to me! I never knew God as a child, but when I was older and while I was on heavy drugs and wanted to die, I called out to Jesus that if He were real to please save me! He reached down into the pit of hell and lifted me up and I have never known such peace and joy. I was delivered from crack cocaine that night and never touched it again! God has continually opened up the gates of Heaven and poured out His blessings on me! He is always there ready to help me, protect me or take me up in His arms when I am too weak to carry my load. I will love Him forever and I am so thankful that I will be in Heaven with Him for all eternity!
          I'm not what I should be, I'm not what I could be. I'm definetly not who I want to be,
          but I'm sure not who I used to be!

          There is no pit so deep that God's love is not deeper still.
