    Underoos Friends - November

    Mish.
I have to dash for a hour. Watch your PM box, and I will get you up to speed on the bac.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

            Hello All,

Just a lovely day here and I spent most of it outdoors. I took a ride to Hyannis. On a quick walk through Borders Books, I decided to purchase an e-reader. I bought the kobo WiFi reader and I'm fairly impressed with it. While I still like having a book in my hand this is nice when traveling. I cooked dinner for myself. I had pan roasted lobster w/ shiitake mushrooms & sweet potato fries. It was delicious. Then the disturbing noises started again. More later...

Missy - You go and ROCK that tri. The sprint distance is fun. If I had done that I wouldn't be here eating dinner with Nearly Headless Nick. I think Malibu was too much after such a long layoff. Plus getting up there in years.

Frog - Beautiful pics. I hope you saved me a piece of that cake/torte? you made that looked so delicious. I'm going to Nantucket tomorrow on the ferry. Will lunch @ the Brotherhood of Thieves. They have the bestest new England clam chowder in the world. Um, do they have new england clam chowder in Australia

Bridge - Love the garden, and the chooks are gorgeous. I'm so happy the bac is working for you. As soon as I get back home I'll PM the computer stuff I mentioned.

G - thanks again. I've downloaded a few more. Sorry the party wasn't more productive.

Hi Lilly, Mish, and anyone else I missed. I'm going to watch The Book of Eli and get some sleep....John

Missy - no peonies - they're all roses.

Bridge - The blonde looks a bit anorexic ...

Just started to rain so it's officially DVD time - 'Dead Man Walking". I like Sarandon and Penn. We shall see.

Techie - cross-posted - let me just check Brotherhood of Thieves so that I can place my order ...

OK - I'll go the 6 Iced Cherrystones because I haven't got a clue what they are and I'll go with the New England Clam Chowder because I've NEVER had it. Thanks, Techie!

                                Evening folk's,

Sorry to hear of your brother in law's fall Reg. I hope he'll be ok. Good to see you, and have a great week.

What a great thread this is eh? An oasis.

Bumped into an old and much valued G/F today. Haven't seen her for about 6 year's. She joined me for a coffee, she had a couple of wines, and we had a grand old catch up. BJesus. There's still plenty of spark there, and she's kinda single i think. Mmmm. The biggest shock was getting a full on snog as we parted way's. OMG! Noice. I suspect we'll just remain mates, but we exchanged ph/number's so hopefully we'll stay in touch now and then at the very least. Sorry to bore folk's with my love life, but today was remarkable because of our chance, very random crossing of path's.
