Great to see you drop in Beag's! If we do catch up Missy, i look forward to hearing a bit about your diet vs. energy level's etc. I've got plenty of energy, but i do seem to peter out a bit in the arvo, which i know is a natural slump our body does, but i'm interested in way's to lessen this phenomena. I know, eat a banana or 2 in the arvo, which i forget to do. Anyway, maximising my energy level's through the best nutritional input/balance is something i'm becoming more interested in.
