Missy I hope you have the best time in Melbourne and meeting the boys.
Bridge, glad you're having a lazy day...nothing like being a lounge lizard or taking some me time.
Saffy, you're sounding better today. I'm really happy to hear this.
Tawny, you are just all round amazing.
Techie, you are just a sweet ole softie.
Hope your day is going well everyone. :l:l

Yeah thanks Mish, I am feeling much livlier today. Tomorrow will be even better, I will feel like getting into my exercise program again....still a bit too doddery to have a go at it today. How are you travelling my friend?

I'm feeling very grateful for my mwo family...if I had the unpleasantness I had on Friday six months ago, I would have ended up passed out and bingeing alternately. Instead I blew my Al free days :upset: but didn't end up messy drunk. Disappointed in one way, proud of myself in another.
I'm booked in to see an Addiction Specialist at the "Fresh Start" clinic where Doctor O'Neill does his work with Naltrexone Implants, on Thursday afternoon. I'm on the Baclofen trail again and want to know if they have anything they can add to my argument to present to my Psych. I'm really looking forward to the appointment. As far as I'm concerned, the harder I work at this, and the more support systems I have in place, the more chance I have of slaying the beast. We'll all triumph with the love we get here...

associated press reports a New Zealand woman is being detained at a NZ Airport for questioning. She is under suspicion of smuggling a powerful neurotoxin out of the country. The method used is a false prosthetic arm disguised as a severe insect bite. The woman identified as a Miss Behaving denies these allegations but reports suggest that she was to make a drop of this potential bio weapon in Melbourne to someone authorities identified as G-Man or his Lieutenant Reg. The police are asking anyone knowing the true identity of the woman to call 800 MY WAYOUT. We will have more on this breaking news story as it unfolds. In the meantime authorties have released this photo of the detainee.

You know, this is closer to the truth than you may realise Techie. Just replace 'bio weapon' with 'illicit drugs'. I'm half expecting a call from the federal police at any minute.
