Anyhoo she seems fine and is whinging for attention, eating into bankruptcy and energetic as all hell. I remember those thunder/lightening storms when I lived in the goldfields and yes they are fantastic. A Big hug for you Beag's. :l:l:l:l:l
Ah Gat dang, all of youse have one too.
Great news re your son visiting Saph. Especially since you're in great shape again. Yeeaah!
I'm marching with the Men's group i co-facilitate tomorrow, for the White ribbon day march. The day itself is thursday 25th november, but we are part of a march and rally tomorrow. A couple of the guy's pulled out, (probably a bit overwhelming/crowd's etc) but a couple of us will be there. And we'll have the t-shirt to show it!
A marvellous night to all.

The blokes that pulled out are either having a think or have other things going on for them. Both are fine.I was amazed that so many had signed up for it - must be your forceful personality!! So lovely that White Ribbon Day now has a big male following.
Tired again tonight but off to bed now and promise I'm not overdoing the training (as if!!!!!!:H:H) Think it is still a simple case of not sleeping enough and a slightly em buggered body clock going between here and there :H:HNever give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

It's also about understanding that there are other way's to express our frustration's, not just through our fist's, verbal abuse, emotional, financial, and controlling behaviour. Violence against women is not acceptable behaviour. Much of this behaviour is learned behaviour through poor role modelling, and it is still occuring in young families now, often where there is financial pressure. But this is no excuse to inflict abuse in the family, on the ones we love. There are other, far more positive, and constructive way's to deal with frustration and anger. The more male role model's we have out in the public eye spreading the message, and particularly in school's where young men are growing up, the better.
