I love having international visitors! Love it even more when they bring food (hint, hint!)

RC - I dont think people "hide" their on-line status. But sometimes when I''m at work I like to make sure that it is off, so that people dont expect an instant reply. And sometimes I'm just in a mind for reading posts and not posting myself. Although half the time I've left one of my 3 devices that I log into MWO from anyway, so it looks as thought I am always here!!! :H

BTW, its not all long-termers on here. Speaking for myself, I struggle daily. Have been struggling all day with the four half-drunk bottles of wine that are sitting on our work kitchen bench, left over from a function last night, with a big "Help Yourself" sign on them. :argh::argh::argh: However, today I feel a little more determined than I have done for a while and bought myself some lovely Italian lemon soda to have when I briefly attend our Friday-night work drinks before I go off to a movie.

Hey G - if you're serious about the rural acres thingy ... might be worth knowing that some Shires (mine is one of them) prohibit anyone building on less than 20acres. This came about when some arsehole property developers bought up a couple of thousand acres of some old farmer's land and sub-divided them into 10 acre blocks and sold them (at vendor terms). Ugly stuff. So ... if you're going down that road, check if a Building Permit is available. Other than that ... pity the poor Zune guitar roadie. Shist ... that's a lot of stings ...

I reckon being at a seaside place in the off-season would be tops. No happy slappy sunbathing summer fools but quiet, reflective types taking windy strolls along the shore would be just the ticket. Where'd ya eat? I google restaurants people have mentioned. Drove myself nuts when KTAB offered a choice of restaurants for the Irish meet-up. I checked out your NY Japanese one and ordered Kobe carpaccio, followed by Crispy Shrimp.

Woke up with major grumpage this am. Unusual. I normally can;t wait to greet the day but woke up terribly disturbed only to realise I'd had a bad dream. More like a nightmare. I dreamt that my thoughts were gone. Not my mind but my thoughts. Like someone had erased my cerebral hard drive. Scared me witless. Got over it. Eventually.

And in a final flourish of IT Experfuskingtise ... I ****offer a symbol of restrained, no body parts touching, huggage.****

Company at last! Sneakily let Mr B into the spa and now I'm having difficultly pulling him out. What he doesn't know however that I have my secret weapon ..... choice witty prhrases take from "Made in Daghenham) Story of the fight at the Ford Motor Company in Dagenham which directly led to the establishment of the Equal PAy Act in UK>

Hi everyone, had a busy day yesterday, had people here all day, so was'nt able to come on here and catch up, hope you are all doing well. lilly x

Hi tawn, thanks for asking after me, I'm not feeling the best at the moment, I have done something really stupid, over ordering bac online, and its making me sick to the stomache,but one good thing I have'nt been drinking over it, problem is, I have no one to confide in, as nobody except you guys knows about, me doing mwo, or the bac thing, and I'm not really sure I should post my worry on here, if its out of place, please feel free to let me know
