Better watch out G, I gave her your address, and she's coming round to do the white glove treatment, and make sure there's nobody left in your futon after last night.

Beagle-bum where are you ? And I'm going to need those Rosie photos on my desk before COB today.

Aspy makes it work for him. No surprises there.

Lilly, I think it's about time you had a quiet one love. No waterblasting the house today Ok ? :H

Good stuff, Aspy. Never doubted you. You know, I used to hate drinking with 'normies' ... the sort who'd get all loud and giggly after only two glasses of fizz ... drank like 'girls'. Never realised how lucky they were...

I am feeling particularly smug this morning. Did a practice for my tri next week this morning and feel really happy with how I did. We are talking baby distances here ..... mainly just to get me in practice to do a sprint length tri at the beginning of 2011 (sprint length is 1/2 the length of the one that Techie just did!!!) But this time last year I was struggling big time, so I'm giving myself a little pat on the back and thanking the weather gods for continuing good stuff.

Having done that (and followed up with a big plate of eggs benedict :H), I'm now going to lie in the sun with the paper and have a nana nap!

Lilly, please let me know about ordering Bac online. I think I'm going to have to go down that track. The Nal is fine, but I don't think it's going to be the answer I'm looking for. I really want to try the bac and can't see me getting it any other way at this stage.

Hi Mish, I ordered from inhouse, still waiting for it to arrive, I stuffed up my order as you will have read in the earlier posts, but all is ok now, reg would be a good one to ask, he has been a huge huge help to me, and bridget has also started bac, all the very best Lillyx
