    Underoos Friends - November

I love beetroot! Particularly love grated beetroot and carrot with roasted seeds and a bit of lemon juice squeezed over them for a dressing ......

TF I am so in awe of how industrious you are!

Not much else to say, I've been working extra hard this week and am a bit tired and off to bed!

Missy, that beetroot salad sounds divine. Actually a lot of your food sounds delicious and very healthy , like the bean and coriander salad the other day.

Well I titrated up another 10 mg of bac today early arvo to help with arsenic hour.
Lay down to read my current novel 'We have to Talk About Kevin', promptly passed out and surfaced hours later.:H

Will be interesting to see how the bac goes for you Bridge. I suppose you'll have a sounder idea in a couple of week's? Wonder how Lillypond is doing with it.

Yep, the story is still emerging. I feel good on it but can't say I'm anywhere near 'the switch' that folk talk about. Still need my other anti cravings for that.

Effects seem to be highly individual.

I'm off to me boudoir Mr G. Is tomorrow work or fun for ya love ?

Bridge ...... I''m leading up to a bit of a de-tox when I come back from Melbourne. Doing a couple of weeks prep of gradually cutting out gluten products, red meat etc etc. I've been doing it for about 10 days, and I''m just starting to notice the effects on energy levels etc. Its quite a gradual lead in, before 10 days of quite hard out 80% vegies and lots of herbal supplements (during which I'll probably go bonkers!!) and then a gradual re-introduction of different stuff.

I'm partly doing this for the de-tox benefits, but it is also proving to be a useful excuse for not drinking during all the work functions etc that I'm going to at the moment. And as everyone knows I'm trying to build up to a longer triathlon in the new year, nobody makes any comment at all, which is just how I like it!

I've got ""we have to talk about Kevin" on my beside table and looking forward to reading it! Just finished "Eat, Pray, Love" which I really enjoyed and recommend! Had some great thoughts in it which have helped me heaps over the last couple of weeks in getting back on track.

Morning Missy and all to come,

Looks like we're in for a bit of the wet stuff. Speaking of books - I'd strongly recommend 'Prodigal Summer.' Just finished it this morning - a most wonderful, satisfying piece of work. Absolutely loved it. throb, throb.

Off to put things which shouldn't get wet under cover ...

Techie - that Beetroot clip is ... erm ... interesting ...
