I've been 'pleasantly buggered' (to borrow Mme LeFrog's phrase) of late...enjoying the new gig. Have taken a massive leap of faith...going to work with my bro...and learning heaps about surveying and measuring & mapping shit...data etc. People will think it's not nearly as glamorous as the ragtrade gig, and I did love that with all my smoochies, but I felt I had to give this a go. Gut feeling...like I had when I travelled at the age of 22...didn't really want to get out of my comfort zone but something told me I had to - turned out to be one of the best things I ever did. I have Mr cake's support which makes everything easier.
Did you do lunch today??

I must admit, there are still strong feelings on both sides, and the young fella felt a bit unsettled at times. She's in a r, r, r, r.....relationship at the mo', but anyway, we did hold hands briefly in the car, and she's agreed to catch up for dinner again in the new year when she's back from some travelling. Mmmm. There's something in the air alright, but no expectations here, and it's this kind of emotional stuff that can de-rail one, if ya not too careful, and just relax and see it for what it is, whatever that may be!
I was right.
Ner ner nee ner ner .....If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Highlight the text that you want to colour.
Go to tool bar just above dialogue box.
Find the symbol that says 'A' with a thick stripe underneath it.
Click that. Select a colour and click.
Then submit post.If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?
