    Things are far from perfect but at least I can look at people clear in the eyes and know I'm doing my best. I think they can see the difference in me. I know I feel better. Just not having the GUILT is such a relief. Better get to bed now.. Nice to have you all here to chat with-:l. Take care

          I only checked in to say goodnight, and reading back about Chill & Expat, & Oney I thought 'this warms the cockles of me heart' only to see Oney post something very similar ........:l:l

          I'm off to bed folks, I have been sleeping really well but have felt really tired today and not well for some reason ..........
