I have to say, I drank a LOT more coffee when I quit too and even more when I stopped smoking...

But I would rather drink a bucket of coffee that take a drink.

I am so excited for you being on day 20...we are gonna have a BIG 20 day party for you here when you get there!

Shouting out here for some sympathy,pliz a couple of hugs and a there there wouldn't go amiss. My neck is fecking killing me and I wandering round with a towel round it like a neck brace.

:H I'm looking forward to doing the 30 days. I'm almost there. Then on to 35, then 40..a little bit at a time works for me. Thinking of it in terms of years overwhelms me a bit yet.

That's the way I did it in the beginning, Gia. I still love the Sunday Shout out thread, just adding a few more days each week used to keep me going.
