    IT'S COOCHIE DAY!!!

    Rusty, you have been such a help to me and I can't thank you enough. You always say something that sticks with me and helps. One thing I remember in particular is the way you compared drinking to smoking and enabled me to see that I could get past my cravings.

          CHOOCHIE!!! WOW!! I'm so glad greenie was keeping track, because I'm terrible at it, but you know I've been following your great work on our common problem. You are one of the people I felt have a great future and success, because of your dedication to overcome.

              Great work, Coochie! You just jumped right in and became a great contributing member of the community here at MWO. Helping others is a great way to help yourself, and you have certainly done that.
              My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                                I remember that feeling too - everything is so much clearer after 30 days! The main thing I got was, yes, this is so much better, and no, going back is no way to live - why had I ever wanted to (and why didn't I do this sooner)? Keep up the good work!!!
