Sleep fairy granted me hours of lovely kip last night and I am very grateful

Been reading Oneys post with interest this morning. I think its had the effect of changing lots of peoples minds about how they approach their drinking. Good on you Oney. Brave of you to put it out there !!
I have to say, it was the straight talking that I got from everyone at the meetup that got my thinking back on track when I lost mum.
I didnt relapse with alcohol but I did with drugs, in a very bad way and it really was the care, compassion BUT NOT ENABLING of my dear friends in Ireland USA and Portugal that got me back on track again. Theres a big story there that I shall post when I have it straight in my own head. But it completely ties up with what Oney was saying. That girl walks the walk and talks the talk and I am honoured to call her my friend.
