    I missed you guys!

I noticed you weren't around. :l I'm glad to hear your well. I just quit smoking a month ago and it was harder for me then quitting drinking too. I read that book "easy way to quit smoking" by Allen Carr. While I read the book I chewed the gum. I kinda can't believe I'm not still smoking. I think that addiction does get much better after 3 weeks NF. There are days now when I forget about the smokes all together. Take care, Choice

Hey K9, I missed you for sure - quietly wondering where you were?? Delighted all is good with you. The thing I loved about giving up the ciggies is that once the addiction is gone - and I agree with Choice, 3 weeks was the magic time for me - it pretty much stays gone, just becomes a gentle 'hum' from time to time - none of the aggression of AL!!!
Am up at stupid o clock to collect daughter from airport - just read her flight is in a bit early so just as well am up! Good to see you back and so strong K9. I know my calamity in May is now probably the best thing ever happened to me cos I found my 'rock bottom' and I tell you girl, I ain't goin there again!!

I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
