Do you know I'm so glad the doctors are taking this seriously even though she's only 24. It would be so easy to dismiss it. I started with my panic attacks about that age but used to be sent of with a bag full of ativan until I found the magic of AL.It could be worse, I could be filing.

I missed this! I am delighted your daughter joined the forum JC, I reckon it will give her a boost to talk to others who understand. I bet it does wonder for her."It's not your job to like me, it's mine!"

Fireworks going off quite badly here and dogs not happy :-(My Freddie ( Freddoccino for short) would be barking his head off til he couldn't bark anymore at the loud noises. I hate it when our pets are upset. It's not like kids that you can talk them through it. Mostly I just hold him and pet him and give him lots of treats at times like that. He does love his treats so it calms him down for the moment but then he's back to barking.

The daughters coming over tomorrow so I'll feed her cake.
Jackie - cake is good. Comfort food. That's what she needs. Cook her favourite meal and then pile on the cake and icecream and choccie and whatever it takes, topped by lots of :huggy and :h and:l
Am off to dreamland, hopefully.
Wishing you all
See you all tomorrow...

I know there's other forums but haven't really looked. I can remember some one mentioning quite a tough one where they take no prisoners so to speak. It could be worse, I could be filing.
