      Today is Day ONE!????

      OK, it's 330pm EST and my mind is really starting to play tricks on me. There is a movie that I have to return or I will have to pay late fees for. I have to return it to the same store I buy the AL from. I am trying to tell myself I can be strong enough to go in an return the movie without buying the AL. Am I crazy here? I should just drive straight home right?

                    Can you get someone else to take the movie back.
                    The store you get your booze is the last place you want to be visiting for a while at least. If you have to go, take only what you need to pay for the late fee and leave the rest of your money at home.....and stay strong.
                    Don't give in to it.
                    The same rule applies as when dealing with a vampire
                    Very alluring and dangerous but invite it in and all is lost.

                      ok, heart is racing...I feel like I am about to go on a roller coaster ride. Excited but really nervous at the same time...no scratch that...I am more scared than I have ever been in my entire life. 417pm. still at the office... getting ready to go. Already took a Xanax, no effect yet. nervous, more than nervous. 100% is slowly creaping into the 90's. I have to hang on till I get home! This really sucks monkey balls (not that I have any experience in sucking monkey balls, but it must be similar...just sayin)!

                            because you really want to stop and you need help being accountable....this is the hardest but best thing you can do for yourself...there is a demon mind F-ing you right now.........craving DO pass and will not kill you, but alcohol will...think of that poor liver of yours

                                OK, I am leaving the office right now! I can't wait till 5. I am driving straight home. I am shaking, nervous, my mind is racing in a hundred different directions. i have to get that glass of V8, for some stupid reason, I have to get to step one in my plan although I am 30 minutes early.
