Well Alright Popeye! Do I hear an Amen? Enjoyed the post. ♫ Feeling alright ~ I'm feeling pretty good myself♫ ~ b/c today makes a week AF. It feels like my first day at school being here though. Last couple times I flunked out but did make it almost 3 mos. last time.
I just want a chance at being sober and changing things around a bit. Sober meaning just not dependent on something else to make me feel alright. One week is a start and I am energized to keep it up when I read the posts of people and how great they feel and are enjoying not drinking. I wonder, is alright possible for me AF?
Tomorrow starts my exercise regimen, I will creep slowly back into shape. I want to feel good.

I, too had a sober Sunday and more miraculously, a Sunday morning with no after-effects of Saturday night. Just starting out on my AF Journey but very hopeful. Who needs it... I certainly don't.
